Most carriages have a lower-mounted thread filter, so the plug and filter will be separated, so you'll need to move the tray. However, if your cart has a top cartridge filter, the filter change is different, so it is recommended to check this first, even though the oil drainage and filling remains the same.

Remove the drain plug by unscrewing it counterclockwise with the appropriate wrench and holding it while removing it. The oil will start coming out immediately. Wait until the oil flow is reduced to a drip.

It's the filter's turn. Use the oil filter wrench and loosen the filter by turning it counterclockwise, enough for the oil to start coming out. After the fluid decreases it is that it may finish removing the filter. Be sure to also remove the old gasket from the oil filter.
