Our company's warehouse dept. is conducting business as usual and will handle packages within 48 hours as we promised. But FedEx/USPS logistics might delay the delivery due to the impact of COVID-19 virus around the world and the civil unrest curfews and closure of many logistics facilities. If your package's delivery information will show: business close, please contact LOCAL SHIPPING OFFICE immediately.
And it may take 1-5 days to update the first delivery information, so please wait with your patience for it. If there's no any updates in 10-15 days, you are welcome to contact us for a re-sending or a refund.

To avoid any delays in delivery, please make sure recipient's area is open and able to receive packages.
Packages that cannot be delivered due to local restrictions will be stored in the warehouse and re-delivered after the restrictions are lifted.
UPS: https://www.ups.com/us/en/Home.page
To avoid any delays in delivery, please make sure recipient's area is open and able to receive packages.
Package will be returned to sender after 3 times delivery if no one's there to sign it.
USPS: https://www.usps.com/
Package can be held at local USPS office for 30 days if recipient's area is restricted or unopen
